Indonesian Chicken Noodles Soup
INGREDIENTS:
** For the Blend Herbs **
8 shallots
6 garlic
1 tbsp white pepper
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 thumb Turmeric
1/2 thumb ginger
** For the Soup **
500 gr kampung chicken
2 L clean water
blended ingredients
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp brown sugar
3-4 mushroom stock
2 bay leaves
2 kaffir lime leaves
2 stick lemongrass
1 thumb galangal
** For the main ingredient **
vermicelli noodles
cabbage
bean sprouts
chop celery
chop scallions
crispy shallots
slices lime
slices tomatoes
fried chicken from the soup
** For the Chilli **
Thai bird chilli/ red chilli
garlic
add stock soup
