You will find 2 method in this video for solving we couldn't create a new partition error.

Method 1(Not recommended):

Clean the disk and start to create new partition. This method will delete all the data on the selected disk, so make sure there are no important data on it or you have back them up.

In the Install Windows screen, press Shift+F10 to open a command prompt.
Type “diskpart” and press Enter.
Type “list disk”.
Type “select disk X”. The “X” should be replaced by the disk number of the disk that you want to delete.
Type “clean” to delete all partitions on the disk.

Method 2:

Go to your BIOS. if you don't know how then watch this video:    • Computer Can't Enter BIOS? | How to Force ...  
Then go to boot menu and select your pendrive without the "UEFI"
Select save and exit.
