Today I'm going to show you how to make an Herbal Mint tea recipe that tastes good and quality quickly without the use of milk, and I hope you can easily find every ingredient I use. In addition to the ingredients I use, you can use the ingredients you like to your liking.
Peppermint tea is a popular herbal tea that is naturally calorie- and caffeine-free. Some research has suggested that the oils in peppermint may have a number of other health benefits, such as fresher breath, better digestion, and reduced pain from headaches. Ingredients
-------------------
Mint leaves
Lime or lemon
Ginger
Cinnamon
Cloves
Honey or any type of honey (I used sugar honey)
Here's how to make it
Finely crushed the cinnamon and ginger.
Now add the mint leaves to the boiling water
Then add the crushed ginger and cinnamon and cover for a while
When it is slightly cold , I add the sugar and honey I made. (If you have honey, add it at this time)
Finally add the lime juice like this and mix well.
Strain the brewed tea .
