I tried testing out the different coolants/moderators to see which one worked the best, and turns out that most of the metal- and alloy- blocks have the same result.
I did the test on a reinforced 5x5x5 reactor, with 4 control rods, 12 fuel rods and 15 "moderator" blocks.
The reactor had its interal power buffer maxed out, and its reactivity was around 98% - 100%, so some numbers might be slightly off.

Since the reactor was so small, i think that the numbers dont change that much but i hope this gives a small idea of which moderator or coolant to use. If I see more coolants added ill test them out as well and update the list, (enderium for example).
This was also tested in the FTB Direwolf20 1.18 modpack, so numbers might be different in other modpacks, but again this was to see in general what coolants to use.
Diamond, Netherite, Terrasteel, Elementium, Emerald, Electrum, Gold and refined glowstone are very close to one another so i think these are the best."
