This is a secret mission for the Dusty Dune Galaxy that a lot of people miss. There's good reason for it too, as I'll bet a lot of people miss the fact that the third planet thing shrinks and expands. You have to hit the stump when it's at or near its smallest, as only then is it not completely covered in sand.
I had done the last portion perfectly the first time through, only to realize I wasn't recording. Then, I messed up like five times before I got this.
