Iminungkahi ito ni Gov. Gwen Garcia bilang pangontra umano sa COVID-19. Pero matapos hindi sumang-ayon ng isang doktor dito, nauwi ito sa “doctor shaming” matapos siyang ipahiya ni Gov. Garcia. Ngunit ayon sa WHO at DOH, hindi gamot ang “tuob” laban sa COVID-19.
