Hey everyone!
Today I'll be trying out Emma's goodies fluffy doughnut recipe! They are so soft and they literally melt in your mouth.
I have taken things up a natch and have added coconut toppings!
For this recipe you will need...
*The Doughnuts:
280g of flour
1 tsp of salt
3 tbsp of sugar
½ tsp of nutmeg
¹/3 stick of melted butter
½ cup of warm milk
7g of instant yeast
1 large egg @ room temp.
*I cut the dough with an 8.5cm glass cup and a piping nozzle.
*For the glaze:
1 cup of powdered sugar
4 tbsp of milk
30g of melted butter
1 tsp of vanilla extract
