Licensed mental health counselor Dr. Trenye Black (LMHC, LPCC, LPC, NCC) provides quality counseling to residents of Florida, California, and Virginia. She has worked in the mental health field for nearly seven years. She has worked in a variety of settings such as in-home; in the community; at an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP); and in schools. Her background in these fields has given her a unique viewpoint.
Her husband served (over 21 years) as a Chief in the U.S. Navy, therefore, she understands the military lifestyle. She provides a place of trust where her military families can express their thoughts and feelings unapologetically. She serves military members (both active and retired), children, adolescents, families, and couples.
