I had been meaning to visit this railway for a long time,then it closed for a time opening again about two years ago.
The untidy state gives the impression that it is still closed but the guys work very hard to make the railway a success,with a few more volunteers they could soon knock it back into shape.Good luck to the hard working gang.
Just last week vandals burnt down the ticket office.
This weekend was the real ale gala and a steady crowd visited to taste the ale on offer,this bringing in some much needed revenue.
The railway has many interesting loco's on display,well worth a visit.
