My SARPE surgery is in two days (from the day I filmed this!). Kind of excited but also quite nervous... Preparation is always the way I get through things.
I discuss the appointments leading up to my SARPE surgery and wisdom teeth extraction. Then I go through what I've packed in my bag to take to the hospital and the things that I've bought to help with my recovery. And finally I talk a little about what I've been doing for physical and mental health in advance of the surgery.
