Hong Kong disneyland | third trimester pregnancy, rides i could take, cny exclusives, fireworks show

disneyland day ✨

we took the mtr from tsim sha tsui to hong kong disneyland and it took about 1 hour.

for going back, we booked uber in the morning and honestly this was the best decision. after the night show ended (around 9.30pm), the mtr queue looked like another disney ride line 😅
my husband booked uber for 10.10pm which gave us time to slowly walk to the taxi stand without rushing.

we visited on 2 feb so cny was coming and there were a lot of cny exclusives around the park.

since i’m pregnant in my third trimester, what worked for me was screenshotting all the rides, shows and attractions i could go on the night before using the disney app. this helped us plan our route and save energy.

what we did in order:

⭐ animation academy (near parade) — drew olu mel from duffy and friends
⭐ bought a disney park exclusive pandora charm
⭐ ant-man and the wasp: nano battle
⭐ met iron man at iron man tech showcase
⭐ the many adventures of winnie the pooh
⭐ snack break — zootopia themed waffles
⭐ cinderella carousel
⭐ late lunch at wayfinder’s table
⭐ slinky dog spin (didn’t expect this to be so fun)
⭐ jungle river cruise — there’s english and cantonese versions. super funny and entertaining, not just a normal boat ride.
⭐ mickey’s philharmagic — 3d disney songs, really good
⭐ explored world of frozen (didn’t manage to take rides here)
⭐ dumbo the flying elephant

finally we watched the night show + fireworks. it was disneyland’s 20th year so it felt extra special.
