Asmat Tariq, a 24 year old woman from Baramulla married at 16 years has been going under domestic violence at the hands of her husband and in laws for 9 months after her marriage. After this treatment, Asmat went back to her mothers home. A case has been filed against her husband in a local court and is still underway. Asmats husband has denied of giving divorce to her, and has himself married another woman and has one kid also. Asmat narrates the ordeal to our CC
