Описание: I completed my first ever Tesla “Robotaxi” (or should I say FSD Supervised Taxi” since it’s got the human safety driver) early this morning while visiting Stanford for an event (coincidentally related to AVs and robots). It was about 4:30 am so the ride actually came pretty quickly, 1.5 mile, 5-min ride and just over 6 bucks. Very smooth as expected although there was a driver takeover at an intersection turning on to Quarry Driver entering Stanford. A bit of hesitation. The only thing left for Tesla to do is to get rid of the safety drivers and scale, easier said than done.
