10 MINUTE PREP Candy Hot Chocolate Bombs! (REECE'S, KINDER & MALTESERS)

In this video, I'll be showing you how to make Candy Hot Chocolate Bombs. These chocolate spheres are super fun and easy to make! Watch them dissolve in hot milk and water for a burst of rich flavours, grab your favourite mug and make these today!
Makes 6 servings
INGREDIENTS
Silicone round sphere molds (12 half spheres, 2 1/2 inch diameter)
2 cups milk chocolate chips
3 tablespoons hot chocolate mix
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
3 Reece’s Peanut Butter Cups, refrigerated
2 Kinder bars, refrigerated
1/3 cup Maltesers, refrigerated
1/3 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Hot Chocolate Bombs:
Melt the chocolate chips for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring every 15-20 seconds until melted and smooth.
Spoon the chocolate into the sphere molds, and spread up to the sides.
Let sit for 3 minutes, then fill out any holes and smooth out the sides again to evenly coat the chocolate.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until set.
Meanwhile, chop the candy bars into small chunks and place into separate bowls.
Remove 6 chocolate molds from the fridge and release the chocolate half-spheres.
Fill them each with 1/2 tablespoon hot chocolate mix and 6 mini marshmallows.
For 2 of the filled molds, add 1 tablespoon of chopped Reece’s peanut butter cups in each, fill the other 2 with 1 tablespoon of chopped Kinder bars each, and the last 2 with 1 tablespoon of the chopped Maltesers each (the remaining candy will be used to decorate the tops).
Remove and release the remaining 6 chocolate molds from the fridge.
Warm a plate in the microwave for 40 seconds. Press an empty half sphere onto the hot plate to slightly melt the rim.
Place the empty mold on top of a filled one, connecting the rims to create a full sphere. Repeat with the remaining spheres.
Melt the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil in the microwave for 45 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds.
Use a fork to drizzle the chocolate over the bombs. Decorate with the remaining chopped Reece’s, Kinder and Maltesers.
Hot Chocolate Preparation:
Heat 1/2 cup milk and 1/4 water in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Place a chocolate bomb into a mug, pour the hot milk/water and stir well. You can warm your cup in the microwave again if it cools down. Enjoy!
