Описание: Hey everyone! Welcome to my latest video, "15 Min ABS and CORE Workout with Kettlebell". If you're looking to strengthen your core and carve out some seriously impressive abs, you're in the right place.

In this workout, I'm using an 8kg (17lbs) kettlebell, but remember, you can totally adjust the weight to suit your comfort level. It's all about finding what works best for you.
