Capping the tri season off with the Lake Carlyle triathlon put on by @mseracing4479. Kevin and Zoe did the olympic distance triathlon, John did the sprint duathlon, and Kyndel did the sprint triathlon. The group had a great time out there and we couldn't have had better weather for race day. It's an awesome race in Illinois. A nice lake for the swim, flat country roads on the bike, and a great run course. With it being the last local tri of the season, a lot of our local race friends were there too. It's a quiet area for a lake town, but this is just outside the busy season so it's perfect timing to hold the race.
