At The NAFEM Show, we met with Cassie Johnston, Product Manager at Manitowoc Ice, to check out the relaunch of their NEO® Undercounter Ice Machines. The biggest upgrade to this model is its integrated onboard water filtration, which enhances the quality of the ice while also helping to keep the machine cleaner for longer. It also features R290 refrigerant, a more environmentally friendly option with a lower global warming potential.
