Описание: The Andhra Pradesh Government has announced a new Overseas Education Scheme aimed at helping meritorious students from economically weaker backgrounds pursue higher education abroad. Minister Dola Sri Bala Veeranjaneya Swamy stated that the scheme will benefit not only SC students but also eligible students from BPL families across various communities.

Under the proposed scheme, financial assistance will be provided to students from SC, ST, BC, Minority, EBC, and Kapu communities seeking admission to higher education programs in foreign universities. SC and ST students may receive up to ₹25 lakh, BC and Minority students up to ₹20 lakh, while EBC and Kapu students may receive up to ₹15 lakh.

The scheme is expected to cover Postgraduate (PG), PhD, and MBBS programs, offering greater opportunities for talented students to achieve their academic dreams on the global stage.
