I've been debating on making this video for awhile now, but I believed it was time. Having clinical depression, alcohol became my solution to loneliness, sadness, pain, and more. Even though I know it's harming my body (going to the hospital, getting gastritis, etc.), I kept drinking and drinking. The alcoholism never stopped.

I wanted to make this video because one, I know I'm not the only person out there struggling with alcoholism, and two, I know I'll overcome this. Once I speak things into existence, it no longer holds a power over me. I've overcome a lot in my life... a lot, and this is simply another thing I'll overcome. I hope that after watching this, you are inspired to take action in your life and change for the better like I am. Join me in this new journey of sobriety and alcoholism. It won't be an easy road, but it's one we need to take. We got this.
