Peugeot 205 T16 Evo 2 - Group B Rally Legend Tribute - Engine Sound & Exhaust Flames! 💥

Описание: This tribute video is dedicated to the Peugeot 205 T16 Group B, an extraordinary rally car from the 1980s. Over the years, I was lucky enough to film some examples at various editions of the Rally Legend in San Marino and the Rally Revival Valpantena. The story goes that 40 cars cost built from 1984 to 1986, including the EVO 2. In the rear central position, we find the 1.8-Litre 4-cylinder engine, four valves per cylinder, Turbo Garrett, capable of developing 460 hp (343 kW ) at 7,600 rpm and a torque of 490 Nm (361 ft-lbs) at 5,500 rpm. With the Turbo pressure at 2.8 bar, the incredible power pass to 560 hp (412 KW). The gearbox is a 5-speed manual, all-wheel drive, carbon fibre and kevlar bodywork, which have made it possible to reduce the car's total weight to just 910 kg (2,006 lbs). The French manufacturer participated in the World Rally Championships from 1984 to 1986, winning two constructors 'titles and two drivers' titles in 1985 with Timo Salonen and 1986 with Juha Kankkunen. At the end of the video, you'll also find a replica version capable of developing 680hp. It is used in RallyCross races by the driver Philippe Tollemer.

Questo video tributo è dedicato alla Peugeot 205 T16 Group B, straordinaria vettura da rally degli anni 80. Ho avuto la fortuna, nel corso degli anni, di filmarne alcuni esemplari a diverse edizioni del Rally Legend a San Marino ed al Rally Revival Valpantena. La storia racconta che in totale sono costate costruite 40 vetture dal 1984 al 1986, incluse le EVO 2. In posizione centrale posteriore troviamo il motore 4 cilindri da 1.775 cc, 4 valvole per cilindro, Turbo Garrett, capace di sviluppare 460 cv (343 kW) a 7.600 giri/min ed una coppia di 490 Nm (361 ft lbs) a 5.500 rpm. Con la pressione del Turbo a ben 2.8 bar si raggiunge l'incredibile potenza di 560 cv (412 KW). Il cambio è manuale a 5 rapporti, trazione integrale, carrozzeria in fibra di carbonio e kevlar che hanno permesso di ridurre il peso totale dell'auto a soli 910 Kg (2,006 lbs). La casa francese ha partecipato ai mondiali rally dal 1984 al 1986 vincendo due titoli costruttori e due titoli piloti nel 1985 con Timo Salonen e nel 1986 con Juha Kankkunen. Alla fine del filmato troverete anche una versione replica capace di sviluppare 680cv. Viene impiegata nelle gare di RallyCross dal pilota Philippe Tollemer.
