On November 20, 2025, City of Columbia, Prisma Health® and National Fitness Campaign (NFC) held a ribbon cutting for the launch of the fourth Fitness Court® in Columbia. The Fitness Court at Woodland Park will provide the region with equitable access to free world-class healthy infrastructure that allows users to leverage their own body weight to get a complete workout in 7 movements. Fitness Courts are created with adults of all ages and abilities in mind, allowing users to move at their own pace. Fitness Court users are encouraged to download the free mobile application, the Fitness Court App, which offers world-class workouts and acts as a coach-in-your-pocket.
Woodland Park is located at 9500 Olde Knight Parkway, Columbia, SC 29209.
