On occasion of Ram Navami 2025, devotees gathered and offered prayers at ancient Shankaracharya Ji Temple in Srinagar. Shankaracharya Temple is a Hindu temple situated on top of the Zabarwan Range in Srinagar in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
Shankaracharya Temple, housing Lord Shiva as main deity is a ancient Hindu temple. It is believed to be built by the Hindu philosopher Adi Shankarcharya in 9th Century. Situated on top of Gopadri Hill at the height of 1000 feet, known for mesmerising view from the top.
