Maastricht is a beautiful medieval city located in the Limburg province, in southern Netherlands. I think this city is one of the hidden gems of Europe. The old medieval city center was my favorite. It's a beautiful old city center made using the old dutch architecture. We went to a very unique cafe in Maastricht named DE BISSCHOPS MOLEN and I didn't forget to try out Limburg pie which is a special pie made in the Limburg province.
