A Sydney fisherman landed a 2.5-metre bull shark weighing 150 kilograms after a half-hour struggle just 30 metres offshore near Clifton Gardens. The catch follows four shark attacks in 48 hours earlier this month, with marine experts warning that warmer waters are extending Sydney's shark season. Chris Allchin, 46, required assistance from fellow fishermen to avoid being pulled into the water during the dramatic encounter.
