What is happening in our glass?
How would the ingredients that compose our cocktail react it they were mixed together?
I went into my cocktail "Maison des saveurs" and here is what I saw:
The rude Bols Genever and the sweet liquor Bols Maraschino, they are very attached together. Until the sourness of the lemon appears and with the help of the Suze, it disturbs the harmony and the balance of the whole thing.
Fortunately, the smoothness of the cream and the taste of the honey, brings the sweetness and balance things into order.
A bit of sweetness and a hint of humour to tell you the story of my cocktail, bringing up front its flavours and to bring you the scenario of its making.
