Don’t berry your head in the sand, here at Dash we take pride in tackling food waste one squashed blackcurrant at a time. This year alone we have saved 450,000 of these delicious berries from going to waste.
A couple of weeks back we went to visit Jo Hilditch, one of our blackcurrant farmers in Herefordshire. Much like Jo, no farmer wants to see the fruits of their labour go to waste. After all, one man’s waste is another man’s flavoured water... 💦👩🌾
