I still remember my first few months, settling into the office and really looking up to the top performers, dreaming one day of being top of the leader board. It can feel like it's a huge goal when you start out, but there are trainee recruiters out there who excel and progress quickly, and in their first year achieve 'top biller' status.

Louis is one of those people; he's worked incredibly hard, has taken on board everything he learnt from his training and utilises the amazing support he has around him in the agency he works in. I'm incredibly proud of him and what he's achieved, so I thought he would be the perfect guest to come on and share his story.
