This is the first part of my 2026 playthrough of Backyard Baseball 2003.

For those who want to know how to get any character on the team in season mode:

1. Locate your coach file (if using ScummVM to play the game decompress the coach file using your preferred archive manager [I recommend 7-ZIP]).
2. Within the coach file locate the roster of your team (the roster will match your DIVISION parameter in the coach file).
3. Using the guide linked below, swap the ID of the character to be replaced with whichever character. You will need to do this in two places for the team photo and statistics otherwise the game will crash.
4. Save the file with the changes.
