Friends, before this I completed 10 beginner-friendly workouts without weights. I started with full body sessions, because that’s a great way to return to your fitness routine if you haven’t trained for a long time.
Now, after finishing those 10 no-weight workouts, it’s the perfect time for me to begin training with weights — focusing on different muscle groups in each session.
