I’m currently very unfit and overweight, but determined to train over the next year to take part in the Khon Kaen International Marathon 2027 (half marathon) this January. Walking with Beau, I talk honestly about my fitness level, mindset, training plans, and why I’m committing to this challenge—no hype, just real progress from day one.
