In this video, I’m taking you through my leg day workout as I prep for my first bikini competition, just 11 weeks out. You’ll see the exercises that are helping me build strength, size, and shape, with a focus on glutes, hamstrings, and quads.
Workout Includes:
Abductor Machine: Targeting the outer glutes
Hamstring Curls: Sculpting and strengthening the hamstrings
Stiff-Legged Deadlifts: Focusing on posterior chain strength
Hip Thrust Supersets: Glute activation and growth
B Stance Glute Bridges: Isolating the glutes for maximum development
I finish off with some cardio to keep everything on track for competition prep.
