:- Net Fabric- 6 meters
:- Cotton Fabric- 1 meter
:- White beads, Fabric glue,Glue Gun
:- Needle&Thread, Scissors

Measurements for 3-4 year old
All measurements are taken in inches.
1. Bodice Length 7-8″
2. Shoulder To Shoulder Width 8-10″
3. Shoulder Length 4-5-5″
4. Chest 22-24″
5. Waist 20-23″
6. Front Neck Length 3-3.5″
7. Back Neck Length 2-3″
8. Neck Width 4-4.5″
NOTE : These are standard size chart and size may vary with respect to the type of frock you are making.
Some Tips:
If you want more flares then you can increase bottom width according to your choice.
