Located in the highlands of Taman Dayu, Pandaan, East Java, at an elevation of approximately 433 meters above sea level, this home offers a cool climate and refreshing natural landscape.

This two-storey house sits on a corner lot with three open sides. The rear side faces directly toward a cliff valley, presenting a natural panorama that becomes the main visual highlight for the Living Room–Pantry area on the ground floor and the Master Bedroom on the upper floor. Expansive views of forests, golf courses, and the cityscape enrich the spatial experience.

Differences in style preferences between the homeowner couple presented both a challenge and an opportunity for the design approach. Through a thoughtful combination of materials, color selections, and cohesive furniture styles, both preferences are seamlessly united into one harmonious composition. Decorative elements such as art pieces, antiques, and the owners’ personal paintings further strengthen the spatial character, reflecting the identity and personality of each resident.

This home is designed not only to be aesthetically pleasing, but also personal, comfortable, and deeply connected to its natural surroundings.
