Ingredients :
4 Tablespoons Chhatua flour
Half cup curd
1 Medium size banana
4 Tablespoons pomegranate
Half Dragon fruit
4-5 Grapes
3 Dates
2 Teaspoons of chopped Almonds
Chopped coconut
2 Teaspoons Chia seeds
1 Teaspoon Pumpkin seeds
Mint leaves for garnishing
Method :
In a blender, add chhatua flour, banana,dragon fruit, dates, curd and blend till smooth and thick.
Transfer it to the bowl
Top it with all your choices of fruits,nuts and seeds.
Serve cold.
