Send and receive NBEMS on voicemail.
The first time I decoded the message data, it was perfect, but when I saved it and decoded it a 2nd and 3rd time, it didn't decode perfectly.
initially I thought maybe the audio was over driven, but after further testing, I had to raise the microphone sensitity a tad, then it decoded on the saved file just fine.
ICS213 and other forms work just fine too.
Food for thought!! How can we use technology to help people during times of need. (ham radio AREDN, voice mail, etc..)
