If you like you can use this as a flavour base for a garlic bread, spread some cheese to create cheesy garlic bread! Or you can make a fried rice with a garlic butter flavour! So much you can do ☺️

Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 Tablespoons Chilli Oil (or regular cooking Oil)
50 Grams Salted Butter
2 Tablespoons Red Chilli flakes
20-25 Garlic cloves, roughly chopped
A handful of Fresh Coriander leaves
2 teaspoons Oregano seasoning (optional)
1/2 teaspoon Sugar (optional)
200 grams Salted Butter
