It came from a feeling of caring deeply—enough that it carries weight.

Life isn’t always tidy.

Sometimes there’s stress in the body and gratitude in the heart at the same time.

A moment like that held something for me—because it holds both: the worry, the tenderness, the love underneath it all.

Merimna is care that notices.

Care that tends.

Care that stays present even when things are messy.

Sometimes we move through things more heavily because we can’t yet define them in our bodies.

That’s what Merimna does for me.
