My friends and I have a tradition to start off a new kayaking season by paddling some nearby small river (brook). This year I organized two such trips and this video covers the second trip, on which we revisited our beloved 'Lilla Färnäsets kanotled' on May 18, 2024.
Lilla Färnäsets kayak route is normally paddled downstream on Lerån, then traversing east on the outskirts of Storfjärden and then upstream on Tångsån back to the starting point.
But to create some variation from earlier trips, we decided to paddle the kayak route in counter clockwise direction and additionally extend the route by doing an excursion out on Storfjärden bay.
The weather was excellent, sunny, warm and a bit windy. As always we really enjoyed ourselves paddling with good friends in such beautiful nature and nice weather!!!
