Note: There are other options, this is the one I used. You need to be sure the drain fits your drain plug - this one is 1/4 NPT.
Are you guilty of what many of us are guilty of? You know - not draining the moisture from your compressor's tank enough. I've seen posts online recently of people draining rusty water from their tanks for the first time. I used to be really bad about doing this, and it was a pain to do. However I've found these pull-cord drain plugs are awesome, and installed one on my new compressor. I can now drain it anytime I want with a simple pull of a cord!
