Front Strut Replacement with Upper Control Arms
Car was bouncy and tracking grooves in the road at 85K miles.
I replaced the struts with Bilsteins and the Upper Control arms with TRW replacements.

Step 1:Remove wiper cowl and windshield wiper fluid jug. Then vacuum out all the leaves! (vacuuming leaves is not shown in this video)
Step 2: Jack up car, remove wheels (not shown)
Step 3: Spray bolts with Kroil or Liquid Wrench.
Step 4: Remove pinch bolt #21 in pic. Insert metal nerd or allenwrench to open gap holding strut.
Step 5: Remove lower control arm bolt and lower sway bar bolt. (#17 and #15 in picture)
Step 6: Remove Upper Control arm retaining bolt (#7). Remove Upper Control arms from mount (#9)
Step 7:Take top 4 bolts off and remove strut assembly
Step 8: Strut disassembly and re-assemble with new strut
Note: The hardest part of re-assembly is getting the top nut back on! You basically have to sit on the top of the assembly to compress it further while your wife or friend starts the nut. I did not show this procedure out of respect for my wife. Lets just say it was funny and nobody luckily got hurt!
Torque upper control arm bolts to 50Nm + 90 degrees. You should use new bolts and nuts.
Next, install the strut. Once lined up, jack up the spindle to normal ride height before torquing down bolts.
Torque: 4 top bolts 40NM+90 degrees
Upper control arm bolt 40 NM
Sway bar bolt 40NM+90 degrees
Bottom bolt 90NM+90 degrees
Pinch Bolt 40NM+180 degrees
