The Kajiado County government has announced plans to name streets and other infrastructure in Kajiado town after some of the region’s heroes. Among those to be honored are former Internal Security Ministers the late George Saitoti and Joseph Nkaiseery. Kajiado County Governor Joseph Ole Lenku says the move is aimed at immortalizing the contribution of the heroes to nation-building.
