Can you build an aggressive-looking P-plater car without spending a fortune?

In this episode we’re transforming my 2016 Holden Commodore VF Series II SV6 Black Edition with a handful of affordable mods that completely change the look of the car. You don’t need thousands of dollars to make a car stand out, sometimes it’s the smaller details that make the biggest difference.
