Hi everyone, my name is Matt Stigler and I am a pro footballer performance coach. My goal with this channel is to bring you real performance training that will actually get you better on the pitch, not just in the gym and on the track.
My fitness and athleticism always held me back during my days playing football. I was never fit enough, I always had below average speed, I was well stronger than most but I didn't train like an athlete so the strength did not translate over well, it was a mess.
And I would always look for information for footballers online but never could find it.
Fast forward some years after I got my degree in kinesiology and I was searching for research and information on sports performance for footballers/soccer players and still, almost nothing.
Which is exactly why I am here today. I want to help you not make the same mistakes I did so that you can get the most out of the beautiful game.
