In the Sabarimala gold heist case, actor Jayaram told the Enforcement Directorate that he had not conducted any financial transactions with the main accused Unnikrishnan Potti.

Jayaram also stated that he was unaware of Potti’s illegal dealings and that only a small amount was given to those who performed the pooja at his house. After reviewing his statement in detail, the ED decided that Jayaram may be called again if necessary.
