Aperol Spritz but made into a Mimosa. The perfect summer recipe. Great for entertaining and brunches.
Aperol Spritz Mimosa Ingredients:
Aperol (50 ml)
Prosecco (100 ml)
Orange Juice
Sage Leaves for Orange leaves
Make your ice cubes with OJ. The sage leaf is to give the whole orange effect. Bend the leaf slightly into the hole of your ice mould at the top so it’s easier to pull out.
Into your glass pour your aperol and Prosecco. Top it up with an orange ice cube.
Having an orange ice cube also means your drink does not get watered down. It just gets more of an Orange taste which I love.
These ice cubes work perfect with lemonade too.
Make your ice cubes before hand. It is the best summer hack.
