In this extremely deep dive we will be taking a look at 3 Metallica songs. These songs form a trilogy, from The Original Unforgiven on the Black album, to the Unforgiven 2 on Reload all the way to The Unforgiven 3 on Death Magnetic, they tell us a story of man trying to outrun his childhood Trauma.

We will be looking at the music theory, the riffs, drumming, singing and lyrics and seeing how each song is different and how they all all connected through various different songwriting tools and Techniques. Lars Ulrich, James Hetfeild and Kirk Hammet (along with Jason and Rob) showcase to us their genius. So let us take a deep dive into the Unforgiven Trilogy.
