We finally said our goodbyes and hit the road for our summer work camp gig—but the adventure didn’t start the way we expected. Just hours in, we faced a flat tire, an injury, and a few unexpected twists that made us question if we’d even make it to camp. Amber’s back gave out in the worst way possible, leaving her barely able to walk… and we were only getting started.
Despite the rough beginning, we’re happy to be back on the road, cooking up some delicious food and finding joy in the chaos. Come along as we share the highs, the lows, and everything in between as we chase another wild season of off-grid living in our truck camper.
