Can You Solve This Maximum Slow-Thermo Sudoku?

Описание: Hello Sudoku lovers! This is the 21st video in a series where I walk viewers through my solves of different variant sudoku puzzles. Today I solve Pwinn's "Degrees Rømer" Variant Sudoku! I will also be investigating what the maximum length of a slow thermometer (the path of which is a string of non-decreasing digits moving orthogonally or diagonally) is in other grids!
