How to test fuel injection pressure (easy steps)
0:00 - Introduction
0:47 - Connect the bleeder hose to the gauge on one end and the other to a drain pan/bottle
1:27 - Detach the inlet fuel hose from the fuel filter using a hose removal tool.If your fuel rail has a fuel pressure test port, jump to step 4
2:53 - Connect the Tee adapter to fuel rail/hose
7:10 - Connect the fuel pressure tester gauge to the T adapter or fuel pressure test port.
8:05 - Insert the key to the car and turn to the ON position. Do not start yet
8:53 - Turn over the engine and let it run for some time
9:18 - Rev the engine while observing the tester gauge
10:20 - Repeat the process once more
12:10 - Stop the engine and bleed off the fuel by pressing the bleed valve
12:36 Disconnect the T-adapter and restore the fuel hose /rail. If you used the test port, replace the seal.
13:26 - Drain fuel from the tester gauge
