The Jammu and Kashmir Assembly witnessed uproar after National Conference and Congress staged protest over delay in snow clearing operation and poor power supply situation and problems being faced by the people in the wake of heavy snowfall in the Kashmir Valley. The Opposition parties reacted over the Government’s failure to provide uninterrupted power supply in this extreme cold weather conditions.
